This show will have an Open but Private Front Door. Access and sales to  the general public are not allowed.
You and hundreds of dealer/retailers like you are invited to these vshows.

 SHOW ADVANTAGES:

  1. Shop at YOUR leisure.
  2. No current requirements to buy.
  3. Free online “dealer chat sessions”.  All times Central Time. All sessions will be group discussion format and will be easy to enter. AOL, ICQ, PowWow, MSN, are NOT required.  Simply type in a user name, store ID/or Name, enter your email address, click "submit", and you are in. Absolutely no third party software is required. 
  4. Buy products you would never see at a traditional show.
  5. A show run by dealers, for dealers.
  6. No travel cost.
  7. Show two is free.
  8. B2B, D2D - Dealer to Dealer message board, help each other 
    move your dead inventory, exchange ideas, share information.
  9. Buying Group member - Members of the VTS Buying Group  same money on many show items. Membership is currently on $50.00 per year. You can join online.

RULES:

  1. Manufacturers who “sell direct” thereby trying to intentionally undermine their  dealers and other representatives, are unacceptable show vendors. Selling direct is defined herein as the shipping or being a party to products and services being shipped and/or sold to the general public, intentionally bypassing traditional dealers, retailers, and other proper entities. There are exceptions to this policy. Email us for details.

  2. Your ID/Account number is on the label of the flyer received in the mail.
     You should use it in correspondence and on orders you place.

  3. If you do not have an open account with a vendor, click on vendor application form and complete necessary data.

  4. Vendor may require additional information to fill your order. Vendor may choose for some reason not to fill your order. If this occurs, you will be notified.

  5. You may be removed from the show roster if you are deemed to be unqualified or not in the best interest of the show, the industry, and the dealers/retailers of the industry. 

  6. If you have a problem or complaint about a specific vendor, submit the information via the appropriate form for consideration. (A vendor can be disqualified from participation for several reasons, including selling direct in some situations.)

  7. Dealers and groups will have to qualify for their own shipping/credit terms by themselves. Some “Open” vendors will have specifications posted on their product page, on an insert in this mailing, or on their web site.

  8. Show Two is free to dealers receiving this flyer package.

  10. Vendors represented by sales representatives, in particular those who are members of the SGAA ( The Sporting Goods Agents Association), will be given preference relating to show entry for their vendors.
