The Sports/Awards Industry Online Virtual Trade is supported and sponsored by many of the sites linked here. This show will feature
monthly virtual shows and chat rooms for dealers and buyers. There will be products featured using real audio and video to show the products, along with many other cutting edge special effects.

There is a cost involved with producing such a show. There is no charge for Dealers/Retailers to view and shop at the shows. You must have an account number for your orders to be processed. Your account number will be on the mailing label of the show flyer you receive in the mail. For new members fill out the registration form for prompt consideration for your free membership.

The Buying Group Membership/order processing fees are as follows:

If you are a dealer/retailer, and are on our mailing/fax/email broadcast list, with an account number, you are free to visit, and shop the shows for free. There is not a fee to purchase products from vendors other than a "non-VTS buying group member facilitation charge on some listed products, services and vendors. When this is the case, the information will be clearly visible on the booth of which you are doing business. Otherwise, there is no charge other that the vendors specifications.
Virtual Trade Show Buying Group -VTS - Buying Group Membership - $50.00 per year. Includes access to all regular shows, order processing, newsletter, special pricing on many show items, saving you more money, special member Shows, held for buying group members only. Now, buy as good at the biggest for a very low price. Many products will be set up for accumulation of buying group numbers power. Non member purchases will usually go toward the volume prices needed. Non members will actually help you, the paid member buy better. Quantity buying gets the attention of *ALL Vendors*. We know, we have been a member of a land based buying group for 15 years. Membership in this group will give you additional buying power in the Sporting Goods, (Team/Retail), Awards, Screen Printing, Embroidery, and other related industries. There will be at least 10 buying shows during 2000, all conducted online. These shows will also include a private chat session with a moderator, with some actual audio and video clips describing products. Buying Group members will receive priority for fulfillment of orders where there is a limited quantity available. They will also get recommendations, when deemed appropriate, to vendors they wish to buy from when they are currently not active accounts.

Please Note: Our newsletters will contain very industry specific information relating to important marketing information, use of specific information technologies as it relates to the industry, and much more.

All prices, policies and procedures are subject to change without notice. This show is currently mobile. It is in a different location every month on the internet. You must make sure you are on our mailing list since the new show address will be mailed to you each month via a flyer. Your dealer/retailer account number is on the label of that flyer.
